WHAT WAS THE OUTCOME OF YOUR EFFORTS? DID ANYTHING CHANGE IN YOUR COMMUNITY OR IN THE STATE?
Most who have found their way to this website would likely have answered YES to the above actions and NOTHING changed were your answers to these subsequent questions. The more people who have acted, the more mandates it seems were imposed locally, state-wide, and federally with the reason being that it is for the greater good. The government declared that there was an “emergency” and they needed to take control of all aspects of our lives in order to protect lives. This is a very frustrating, demoralizing and fear inducing situation where rights are being eroded, freedoms are being taken away in our state and our country and the government that our forefathers imagined and died for in 1776 is not recognizable.
HOW DO WE GET THE PEOPLE OF MASSACHUSETTS BACK ONTO THE LAND AND RECONSTRUCT MASSACHUSETTS?
The uncomfortable reality is that the ultimate dividing line between citizen and subject, between freedom and servitude, is not found at the voting booth or through the courts. They are secondary. The dividing line is culture. The dividing line is the willingness of citizens to take full responsibility for themselves rather than looking to government to provide all the answers. The dividing line is the ability of citizens to visualize a life of freedom, resist the lure of an all-powerful king, and be willing to make the hard choices required to live a life of freedom. We need to create a culture of freedom where individual Massachusetts American Nationals and American Citizens join together as a collective committed to the reconstruction of the Massachusetts Assembly and other services that are failing such as healthcare, public education and food.
The following two forms are all that are needed to become an American State National. You will need two people that have known you for several years to complete the witness forms and have them notarized. You will need two 2×2 passport photos that you will affix to the witness forms. Then schedule a time to meet with the Massachusetts Recording Secretary who will witness your signing the 1779 Declaration. You will mail all documents, including a copy of your birth certificate to the Massachusetts Recording Secretary, who will upload them into the Land Recording System where they will be verifiable by law enforcement and other entities.

WHERE ARE THESE EMERGENCY POWERS DERIVED THAT THE GOVERNMENT IS GRANTED AUTHORITY TO SUSPEND RIGHTS?
Would you believe it goes all the way back to the Civil War? In truth, the Civil War was never officially declared a “war” and was therefore never ended. The Federal Government used the notion that the States were at war (which they were not actually involved) to continue exercising “emergency” powers that they did not have or were ever granted. The belief that rights can be suspended in a time of emergency is not based in truth. The People did not ever grant government this authority. The first time this happened was with Lincoln and his creation of the first executive order to save the country as war threatened the country and he took power due to the “emergency”, citing “for your protection? (Your own good) whether real or not. The same thing is happening NOW as all of your rights are slowly being taken away one at a time as an unseen enemy threatens the lives of the People.
The States of the Union (all 50 States) officially ended the Civil War on August 2, 2021. James Clinton Belcher is the legitimate Head of State of The United States of America by heredity as a descendent of a Massachusetts Governor and therefore has the right to speak for The United States of America. He also holds The Seal of land soil jurisdiction. Notice that the seal, which can also be found on the passports issued by the post office, is not enclosed in a circle, which symbolizes that it represents highest authority of this office. Compare this seal to the seal which is used by the current elected president who is seated in Washington, D.C. and the chain of command becomes clear.
WOULD YOU DIE OR HAVE YOUR CHILDREN DIE FOR THE CURRENT FORM OF GOVERNMENT IN MASSACHUSETTS?
If you answered NO like many Massachusettsans, you know then there is definitely something wrong. The reality is that the Massachusetts of today is not the Massachusetts you always thought it was. The Massachusetts that was admitted to the union of states on February 6, 1778 was an unincorporated state, unlike the current State of Massachusetts that is functioning as a corporation today with a Dunn and Bradstreet number (128090548) as are all of our cities and towns. For example, the Dunn and Bradstreet number for Boston is 007277284. Would you put your life or your children’s lives on the line to defend a corporation (like Sears or McDonalds)?
How did the government get usurped? On May 23, 1933, Congressman, Louis Thomas McFadden, brought formal charges against the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve Bank system, The Comptroller of the Currency and the Secretary of United States Treasury for numerous criminal acts, including but not limited to, CONSPIRACY, FRAUD, UNLAWFUL CONVERSION, and TREASON. The petition for Articles of Impeachment was thereafter referred to the Judiciary Committee and has YET TO BE ACTED ON.
WHAT KIND OF GOVERNMENT DID OUR MASSACHUSETTS FOREFATHERS DIE FOR IN 1776?
The illustration below shows that the founding fathers sought to put the individual in charge of his own destiny not the other way around. This radical idea was to elevate the individual as the foundation stone of society, with permanent and inviolable, unalienable individual rights that neither the herd nor its leaders could renegotiate or revoke. Individual liberty and personal responsibility go hand in hand. In this America, the individual freedom is the only greater good. There is no herd; society as a whole is merely a collection of free individuals. Government’s sole responsibility is to protect the liberty of its citizens; everything else is the responsibility of individuals and communities who must provide for themselves through their own hard work and their voluntary collaboration with one another.
WHERE DID THE UNINCORPORATED MASSACHUSETTS THAT WAS ADMITTED TO THE UNION OF STATES IN 1778 GO?
The unincorporated Massachusetts is defined as a physical geographical boundary consisting of the soil and land jurisdiction. The LAND jurisdiction includes all resources of the land including people, animals, plants, and minerals. The AIR jurisdiction includes the living and dead souls, spirits, angels, demons, and ideas Global in nature. The WATER or sea jurisdiction includes all vessels, mariners, sailors, merchants, creatures of the sea and is International in nature. (Note: Land, Air and Water is LAW which is defined as “a body of rules and principles governing the affairs of a community and enforced by a political authority; a legal system.”)
These jurisdictions are governed by three types of Law, Common Law, Maritime Law or Admiralty Law. Common Law governs man’s interactions with each other on the land. Maritime Law is similar to Common Law, but it governs the interactions of ships on the seas. Admiralty Law is as the name implies, a captain governing the crew on a ship at sea using statutes, codes and rules. The captain of the ship is the magistrate in the court room. This last law is what corporations use to control its citizens or crew members. Corporations are about profits and not human life. Citizens/crew members must comply, or they can be severely dealt with. (Note: go to Links page and watch a video by Romley Stewart who explains these three laws.)
The living people of Massachusetts have been pulled from the land and air jurisdictions into the jurisdiction of the sea. This is known as “press-ganging” and it has been something that has been outlawed for the last 200 years. When the sea jurisdiction laps onto the land, it is called “inland piracy”. Inland piracy is outlawed too. When the people of Massachusetts are not on the LAND, then they are considered dead entities as people cannot live in the sea. There are no rights or constitutional guarantees, and they are forced to donate the fruits of their labor against their will, and they can be told what and when to do something because they no longer have their unalienable rights given by God.

DID YOU KNOW THERE ARE 5 DIFFERENT TYPES OF CITIZENS? THIS IS WHY YOU NEED TO DECLARE WHO YOU ARE.
From the very beginning of the American story, there were three kinds of “United States”. (1) the land jurisdiction of the Several States; (2) the sea jurisdiction operated by the United States of America; (3) the business organization doing business as the “United States” charged with supplying the nineteen governmental services the federal government is supposed to supply the States. No wonder most people can’t tell you the name of our country due to the use of similar names and the use of upper case or lower-case letters.
It should not surprise us, then, that there have always been three kinds of “citizenship” potentially involved.
The land jurisdiction allows only one kind of citizenship: State Citizenship. The sea jurisdiction known as “federal jurisdiction” allows Dual Citizenship: “A person may be a citizen of the United States (U.S. Citizen) and of a State, and as such have different rights.” U.S. v. Cruikshank, 92 U.S. 542, 23 L.Ed. 588, (1875). From the Federal viewpoint, most people have always been considered dual citizens and subject to the land while on the land, subject to the sea while on the sea.
In 1868, a third kind of Corporate Citizenship came into play with the publication of the new corporate Constitution of the United States of America, Incorporated, the business entity charged with providing governmental services under contract with the States.
The given reason for this new form of citizenship was the need to give recently freed Negroes a form of citizenship without trying to force the Several States to enact law giving them full rights as State Citizens. It was also a ploy by the new federal corporation to lay claim to the labor and property assets of the “freed” slaves for use as collateral backing the federal corporation’s debts. In time, even Americans born on the land of their State were unknowingly given this new form of citizenship, thus losing their birthright political status as Americans, and placed in the jurisdiction of the sea. Since it was paperwork that was used, it is paperwork that is needed to rebut this status so there is no further misunderstanding.

NOTE: The illegal aliens coming across the borders are not being told they must take the injection, but all other legal entries must show proof of the injection. WHY? Because they are not US Citizens and therefore, have standing to sue if they are harmed or injured from being forced or coerced to take the injection. This is why you must change your political status to an American National so that you have standing to not comply and/or seek remedy if you are harmed or injured by this foreign corporation.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I CHANGE MY POLITICAL STATUS?
After you change your political status to either American National or American Citizen depending on your choice of whether you wish to participate in the Massachusetts Assembly business to which there is no obligation, and have it recorded on the Land Recording System then you can apply for an American Nationals or American Citizen credential card. This identification card tells the federales who you are. The difference between an American National and an American Citizen is the American Citizen has reclaimed their names, removed their business and themselves from the corporation, no longer pay federal income taxes, does not vote in the corporation elections but this requires more effort and paperwork than the 1779 Naturalization Declaration to become an American National. However, As an American National you are no longer subject to the statutes, codes or mandates of the corporation but rather are subject to the Public or Common Law, which is God’s law.
Self-Governance comes with much responsibility to ensure peace and prosperity for your own life as well as those of your community. Therefore, you should consider still wearing a seat belt, but you can’t be fined for not wearing one. You should still learn how to drive a car even though you don’t need a license unless you are in commerce. Do not speed in areas designated as such as they were instituted for safety reasons, but you do not have to pay a ticket if you do and there was no harm or injury or property damage. You should still take a course on handling a firearm, but you don’t need a license to carry open or concealed as you already had the right to bear arms.
HOW DO WE RE-BUILD THE MASSACHUSETTS ASSEMBLY?
John Locke (1632-1704) wrote, “no one ought to harm another in his life, health, liberty, or possessions.” The Declaration of Independence echoes his words: “all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”
This work of re-building the Massachusetts Assembly is not something we can hire others to do. This is the work that must be done by WE THE PEOPLE of Massachusetts. We are traditional peaceful Americans coming together in every State of the Union, that includes Massachusetts in order to restore our lawful Assemblies. This includes:
- Declaring and recording your political status as an American per your birthright status of being born in one of the several States.
- Accepting the traditional and historical definition of the States which is the physical geographical boundaries of the land and soil.
- Honoring the responsibilities of each State including its contracts and treaties.
- Being responsible members of the Federation of States.
- The hard work of studying the history and the Law and applying ourselves to the tasks of self-governance. That includes organizing the General Assembly, the International Business Assembly, the Courts, and the Assembly Militia.
- Conducting proper Public Elections, maintaining both Public Records, and Assembly Records.
- Creating and maintaining a friendly, community atmosphere competent to conduct business without obstruction.
- Undertaking the work of reconstructing the American State of State organizations and the Federal Republic.
We are here to support your journey home, but this is as much a personal journey is it is a journey of the Massachusetts collective. Many are not ready for self-governance. That is OK. You can stay dependent on the current government system and accept their laws, regulations and statues. The only remedy available to a US Citizen is conditional acceptance (get tested daily instead of taking the shot). True freedom comes when you declare yourself to be an American and STAND UP FOR YOURSELF and defend the Public Law.
